Annual Reunion Dinner Saturday 25th September 2010

Dear Member

This year's Dinner will be held once more in the Presidents Suite at the Carrington House Hotel Bournemouth, on Saturday 25th September, with pre-dinner drinks served from 1800hrs seated by 1930hrs.

The cost to members for the Dinner will be £24.00. All cheques should be made payable to QRL Association. Any ex-serving member of the Regiment over the age of 80 years may claim a free ticket if they so wish, applying to the Secretary on the form provided. Over the past few years many more family members and friends of those that have served in the Regiment have attended our dinners, and we would like to encourage you to continue to make the evening grow with those that are nearest and dearest to you as members.

Accommodation

There is accommodation reserved at the Carrington House Hotel. It is advised that you book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment. Rooms have been put aside two weeks prior to the dinner for association members at the Carrington House Hotel. Contact details for accommodation are as follows:

Dinner can be added at a cost of £10.00pppn, outside that of the Re-union Dinner on Saturday 25th September.

The Travel Lodge is approximately 300meters from the Carrington House Hotel, and all facilities at the Carrington may be used if staying here. Rooms are from £70.00 per room per night, and can sleep up to 4. A buffet breakfast is offered Mon-Fri from 7 - 10am and Sat-Sun 8 - 9.30am, and evening meals are from 6 - 9.30pm, which are of a pub grub style. The leisure facilities at the Carrington House Hotel will be made available to all Association members regardless of were they are accommodated.
